Debora (Deb) Schweikl is a knowledgable business person with a strong commitment in meeting the individual needs of the client through custom-designed services in the Highly Effective Teaching (HET) Model. She provides the essential connection between school administrators, district office personnel, grant administrators, and our Master Consultants, assuring that schools and districts can continue to progress through the bodybrain-compatible professional develpment trainings for the benefit of staff and students, ultimately increasing performance and reaching a level of sustainability.
Having consistenly served our clients and staff, Debora continues to demonstrate her dedication to the vision of the company and performs the necessary duties of Executive Administrator for the coporate office of The Center for Effective Learning. Her efficient performance in communication provides the ongoing connection that maintains the vitality of our corporation. Acknowledging that change is inevitable, especially in the field of education, Debora has remained a constant element for providing our clients with high-quality service and continuity.
Debora lives in Washington state with her husband Jeff and enjoys spending quality time together. Their son, Jake, has earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business and currently works as a financial representative for a large financial network firm.
Debora has been very involved within her local school district as an assistant coach for basketball, talent show coordinator, religious ed. teacher assistant, and participating with numerous fundraising events. She enjoys volunteering within the community for various organizations such as the Seattle Boys and Girls Clubs, local Food Banks, and United Way. |
